POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Except in cases of documented medical emergency, appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged.
Expiration Policy: Session packs are designed to be used over a specific amount of time to maximize the health benefits to you from the therapies we offer. All session passes expire within 60 days of purchase. Sessions will not be useable or reimbursable after expiry, unless in cases of medical emergency or with prior coordination with INergy Wellness staff.
Credit Card Processing Fee Policy: As of September 1st 2025, a 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. As a locally owned and operated small business, this policy helps us continue providing high quality service while managing rising processing costs. There is no processing fee associated with cash/check/ACH payments.
